  • Mario Bullentini, President

    With an engineering degree from the University of Nevada, Mario leads Martin Iron Works’ strong quality standards. His background in engineering and aggressive approach toward project management and teamwork brings a new dimension to the ever-changing industry. Mario heads our AISC certification program which is the most recognized national quality certification program for the industry. His leadership role with the company has led to Martin Iron Works being at the forefront of design build, design assist and multiple negotiated projects. Mario’s ability to forecast industry trends, coupled with constant upgrading of bidding strategies, has kept Martin Iron Works on the competitive edge.

  • Trish Bullentini, Vice President and CFO

    Trish earned a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, and began her career at Martin Iron Works in 1985. As the vice president and chief financial officer of the company, she leads its corporate and operational finance, contracts and job costing. Her numerous duties include managing the accounting department, human resources, loss control, insurance, contracts and administration. Additionally, Trish oversees the ever-changing laws and regulations concerning the construction industry. In 2016, she was President of the Associated General Contractors of Nevada, and one of only three women who have held this position with the AGC in its 80+ years of existence. Trish was also honored as a Woman of Achievement with Nevada Women’s Fund in 2019.

  • John Tietjen, Senior Project Manager

    With more than 40 years of experience, John is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of a project through budgeting, planning, implementation and to completion. His career began as an ironworker both in the field and in the shop and his hands-on experience shows as senior project manager for Martin Iron Works. John earned his welding technology degree from the College of Southern Idaho.

  • Barry McKeegan, Project Manager

    Barry started his career as a reinforcing steel shop foreman, field ironworker and steel estimator; consequently, he knows a thing or two about what it takes to build a structure from the ground up. In his 40+ years in the business, Barry’s extensive experience ensures the project goes smoothly, is on time and on budget. His attention to detail is above the rest.

  • Don Miller, Project Manager

    Don has nearly 30 years of experience as a project manager. In 1994, he started his career helping customers with counter sales and as an assistant project manager. Don quickly worked his way to project manager and is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Don completed the Associated General Contractors’ Leadership Program in 1999.

  • Fernando Moreno, Project Manager

    Fernando is bilingual in English and Spanish and connects easily with people as a project manager with Martin Iron Works. He started his career managing the general and shop drawing processing. He was promoted to engineering assistant which gave him hands-on experience and understanding of the intricacies of key projects. Twenty years later, as a project manager, he continues helping customers, leading projects and ensuring that all details are carried out according to specification.

  • Mike Halvorsen, Project Manager

    Mike started his career in the construction industry and his diverse background led to a natural fit to the steel industry. Mike ran sales and customer service getting to know his customers firsthand. In his current position as project manager, he provides guidance, knowledge and direction to achieve completion of a project with quality workmanship.

  • Scott Clifford, Structural Division’s General Superintendent

    Scott has an aggressive approach to schedules and his detail to safety has contributed to Martin Iron Works being a leader in the industry. Scott has extensive hands-on knowledge of steel erection and holds several safety certifications. With more than 30 years of experience in the field, he brings efficiency and quality to the company’s structural steel division. Scott was an instructor for the ironworkers’ apprenticeship program for five years, and sits on the board of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee, which allows him to be an influence for introducing and keeping quality ironworkers in the trade.

  • Les Reisinger, Shop Quality Control Supervisor

    Les has more 30 years of experience in the welding and fabrication industries. He has knowledge and experience in every aspect of welding inspections Including his level II experience in radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic and penetration testing. Les' level and grade of testing experience is unmatched in the steel industry. Les was also a certified welding inspector (CWI). Contractors and owners can rest assured that the product leaving Martin Iron Works’ yard has been inspected to the most stringent quality assurance.

  • Eric Bakaric, Estimator

    Eric worked 13 years at NV Energy’s electrical engineer department before transitioning to the steel industry. As a steel detailer, Eric produces detailed drawings for steel fabrication and steel erection. He is a master at AutoCAD creating detail shop drawings for more than 30 years. Eric is also Martin Iron Work’ head estimator and in that role he ensures every detail is accounted for.

  • Nicolas Bullentini, Blueprint Coordinator

  • Susie Rule, Payroll Administrator

    Susie dedicated 34 years to the corporate division with NCR Corporation handling its account payables, billing, human resources support, payroll and purchasing. In 2013, she joined Martin Iron Works and is the payroll administrator. Susie manages employee certified payroll reports, payroll quarterly reports and can run accounts payables. She has a strong work ethic, detail oriented and ensures that more than 100 employees — including union and nonunion professionals — are care for when it comes to handling their time, attendance and payroll.

  • Katie Roedocker, Bookkeeper

    Katie has been working for as an administrative assistant for variety of subcontracts since 1998. Prior to joining Martin Iron Works in 2006, she worked for a local joist fabrication company where she expanded her skills to include accounting and bookkeeping. In 2015, Katie was promoted to bookkeeper with Martin Iron Works and handles contract billings, accounts payables and accounts receivables.

  • Stacy Gersich, Administrative Assistant

    Prior to joining Martin Iron Works, Stacy dedicated 18 years as operations manager to a prominent heavy equipment sales, rental, parts and service company. Just a few of Stacy’s responsibilities included accounts receivable, accounts payable, and human resource duties as well as obtaining financing and invoicing equipment sales, processing monthly settlements and auditing month end financial reconciliations for the Sparks branch as well as three Northern California branches. Stacy was also relied upon to train new hire administrative assistants for branches in Northern California, Oregon and Washington. Having worked for many years in the Reno-Sparks area for several large corporations, Stacy brings to Martin Iron Works, Inc. an extensive background of administrative, accounting and customer service experience.
